Founded with the goal of producing independent and entertaining feature films in Oklahoma, the AVA Farm completed its first motion picture Ecstasy of Gold in late 2009.  In April 2010, the home entertainment rights were acquired by Lionsgate Home Entertainment.  Ecstasy of Gold was re-titled The Gunslingers and released on November 16th, 2010.  The Gunslingers  can be ordered here.

While filming The Gunslingers, the AVA Farm simultaneously grew to accommodate all different types of production.
